Welcome to Birthright

At Birthright, we understand the challenges related to unplanned pregnancies. Birthright is available to women for as long as they need us. We offer love, friendship, and support to women who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant.  Birthright is interdenominational and is not involved in any political activities, or lobbying. Birthright’s focus is on loving the mother, reminding her that there is hope and ensuring she is not alone.

    Hours Of Operation

    Our Helping Hands Baby Closet now offers FREE diapers, wipes, and baby clothes for any family in need. We also accept donations of new and gently used baby clothing, diapers, wipes, and blankets to help our clients. Unfortunately, we cannot accept baby furniture or car seats. We are open: Tuesdays 11:30am-1:00pm Wednesdays 11:30am - 1pm 2nd and 4th Thursdays 1:00pm-4:00pm And also by appointment .

    Get involved

    Birthright relies on the dedication, time and talents of volunteers. We welcome any and all individuals who share our philosophy and commitment to offer loving, confidential, nonjudgmental support to those who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant. We also help many families with diapers and baby supplies through our Helping Hands Baby Closet. There are many volunteer opportunities available and we would gladly discuss our volunteer program with you. Full training and mentorship is provided for our volunteers so you can best help the women who need you.

    Chapter Announcements

    We are located at 605 Grand Ave in the Grand Avenue Community Outreach (GACO) building in Spencer.  We are located on the second floor of the building just across from the elevator doors. We have expanded our services and now offer FREE DIAPERS (preemie to size 6), pull-ups, wipes, and new and gently used baby clothes up to size 24 months. While we cannot supply all your diaper needs, we can certainly help any family who needs assistance.   We are here to help support life any way we can.  Please come for assistance during our normal office hours or call to set up a private appointment with a Birthright volunteer.
